PLAYGROUND
Nestled behind the Stone Mansion, residents enjoy a great playground for all ages. The playground features swings, four slides, and many climbing activities. There is also a pavilion nearby – a frequent staging for parties.
TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURTS
Whether you are playing tennis or pickleball, residents of all ages have access to tennis courts. Located just outside of the tennis court is a basketball court where big kids and little kids can play a game of pick up.

GREAT SCHOOLS
GROVETON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – The neighborhood elementary school is in Stoneybrooke’s backyard. Students and families enjoy walking to school each morning and afternoon – an activity in exercise and community building.
CARL SANDBURG MIDDLE SCHOOL – This gem of a middle school is a small community feel in a big school. Student benefit from “houses,” or smaller groupings of students, making a more smooth transition from elementary to high school.
WEST POTOMAC HIGH SCHOOL – Home of the Wolverines! Students benefit, not only from, great academic programs, but competition athletics and quality music and arts programs.
